Overview

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant who has experience in Digital Marketing. As a Principal Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Consultant – Trusted Advisor to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance, strategic counsel, and hands-on support to help them achieve their business objectives through impactful digital marketing strategies. You will go beyond tactical execution, building long-term relationships with clients and becoming an extension of their marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology
  • This position may require travel within the US.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing is a mandatory skill

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Partnerships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Understand their business needs, market dynamics, and goals to develop tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Business & Marketing Alignment: Bridge the gap between client business objectives and digital marketing strategies. Develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.
  • Comprehensive Digital Marketing Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, display advertising, and more.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage analytics and data insights to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Technology & Platform Selection: Advise clients on the selection and implementation of appropriate marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Innovation & Trend Forecasting: Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and strategies to enhance client campaigns.
  • Client Success & Communication: Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive communication, clear reporting, and insightful recommendations. Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term trust.

Additional Information

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

  • In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN / VT : $ 114000 to $ 167000
  • In Washington, DC : $ 106000 to $ 147500
