About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Generative AI Consultant to drive the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client business teams to elicit project requirements, translate needs into technical design, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Design comprehensive AI solutions, including architecture, model selection, data requirements, and integration with modern standards such as the Model Context Protocol.
  • Architect generative and agentic AI systems, selecting appropriate frameworks, RAG strategies, and MCP‑based integrations, and defining safety, reliability, and scalability patterns.
  • Define measurable metrics with clients and evaluate solution performance against them.
  • Guide internal teams and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and integrate solutions.
  • Monitor deployed AI models, recommend improvements and maintain performance.
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in generative and agentic AI, including LLMs, RAG, autonomous and multi‑agent systems.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol and interoperability standards.
  • Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows with memory, state management, and reliable execution, using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Proven ability to design RAG and knowledge‑grounded systems, with knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.) and hybrid search techniques.
  • Experience in designing end‑to‑end AI solutions—from requirement elicitation to deployment strategy—optimizing cost, latency, and governance.
  • Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, CI/CD, observability, and guardrails.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, adaptability, customer orientation, teamwork, and integrity.

Preferred Skills

  • Domain knowledge in sectors such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
  • Basic project management experience.
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality.
  • Awareness of responsible AI governance, bias, fairness, privacy, and emerging regulations.
