We are seeking an Associate Partner to lead the Enterprise Strategy & Architecture and Cloud & Infrastructure domains within Enterprise Technology. This is a senior, market-facing leadership role responsible for growing a distinctive capability that combines strategic technology advisory with enterprise platform, cloud, and infrastructure transformation. The role is intended to strengthen ET as an integrated transformation capability rather than a set of separate technical disciplines. The successful candidate will shape the market story, originate and lead opportunities, build stronger propositions, assure delivery quality, and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Strategy & Architecture and Cloud & Infrastructure domains within ET.
- Build a coherent market proposition linking strategy, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, modernisation, simplification, and execution.
- Originate and shape client demand, not just respond to delivery requests.
- Strengthen ET's contribution to TT's broader value propositions and priority industry growth agenda.
- Build team capability, commercial performance, and delivery credibility.
- Provide senior oversight on major engagements; ensure strong delivery quality, risk management, and client outcomes.
- Support referenceable work that creates follow-on growth.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology transformation.
- Strong track record of winning and leading complex consulting and transformation work.
- Experience building or scaling a capability, practice, or senior team.
- Credibility with senior client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and chief architects.
- Strong commercial instincts with evidence of pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
- Able to connect strategic advisory work to practical delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed consulting environment.
