You will be involved in securing OT environments, including ICS, SCADA, and IoT infrastructures, working with cross-functional teams to improve security posture. Responsibilities Assess OT security risks, develop security roadmaps, and align measures with enterprise IT frameworks. Deploy and manage OT cybersecurity solutions like Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Microsoft Defender for IoT, and Armis. Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents in OT networks. Conduct security assessments, ensure compliance with standards like IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and NIS2. Perform vulnerability analyses, penetration testing, and risk mitigation in ICS/SCADA and IoT environments. Collaborate with IT and operational teams for seamless OT security integration. Manage third-party vendors providing OT security solutions. Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs. Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in industrial cybersecurity. Requirements Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, especially OT security strategy and program management. Knowledge of OT security solutions and frameworks, including IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP. Experience with security platforms such as Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Armis. Understanding of industrial networks, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control systems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant certifications like GICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443, GCIH, GCIL are preferred. Additional personal qualities include high analytical skills, initiative, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills, with language skills in German or other European languages being a bonus.
