About the role

As a Consultant in Infosys Cyber security Consulting & Advisory, you will contribute to various phases of the Cyber security consulting lifecycle, with a focus on OT/IoT security. You will be involved in securing OT environments, including ICS, SCADA, and IoT infrastructures, working with cross-functional teams to improve security posture.

Responsibilities

• Assess OT security risks, develop security roadmaps, and align measures with enterprise IT frameworks.
• Deploy and manage OT cybersecurity solutions like Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Microsoft Defender for IoT, and Armis.
• Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents in OT networks.
• Conduct security assessments, ensure compliance with standards like IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and NIS2.
• Perform vulnerability analyses, penetration testing, and risk mitigation in ICS/SCADA and IoT environments.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams for seamless OT security integration.
• Manage third-party vendors providing OT security solutions.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in industrial cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, especially OT security strategy and program management.
• Knowledge of OT security solutions and frameworks, including IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP.
• Experience with security platforms such as Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Armis.
• Understanding of industrial networks, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications like GICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443, GCIH, GCIL are preferred.

Additional personal qualities include high analytical skills, initiative, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills, with language skills in German or other European languages being a bonus.
