Role Summary
The Technology Architect – AI Systems will lead the design and adoption of AI-driven software engineering and agentic architectures to accelerate enterprise SDLC and enable next-generation digital transformation across multiple domains like Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, etc. This role combines deep expertise in Generative AI, AI-assisted development, and multi-agent orchestration with strong architecture leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with product mindset, collaboration, and leadership. The candidate should have technical consulting capabilities, Solutioning acumen, Domain knowledge on any of the industries where GEN AI is applied. Candidate should be able to conduct value stream workshops in discovering the AI implementation scope and able to create architecture and detailed solutions. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Key Accountabilities
Generative AI Leadership: Define enterprise-scale Generative AI strategy.
AI-Driven SDLC Transformation: Architect AI-assisted development ecosystems using GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Google Duet, Cursor, Devin; improve productivity, quality, and cost.
Architecture & Platform Engineering: Define end-to-end GenAI architectures across Azure, AWS, GCP, and build reusable assets.
Design, develop, and deploy Physical AI solutions that enable autonomous interaction between AI models and physical systems such as robots, industrial equipment, drones, autonomous vehicles, or IoT-enabled devices.
Build and optimize AI-driven perception, reasoning, planning, and control systems using computer vision, sensor fusion, reinforcement learning, digital twins, and real-time decision-making frameworks.
Collaborate with robotics, engineering, and operations teams to integrate Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Physical AI capabilities for autonomous task execution, adaptive workflows, and human-machine collaboration.
Stakeholder Advisory: Act as trusted advisor, support RFPs, proposals, and executive decision-making.
Governance & Compliance: Establish AI governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and govern large-scale AI Transformation engagements across clients in the UK and Europe. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in delivering complex AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data & Digital Transformation programs while managing executive stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving AI adoption, business value realization and enterprise-scale change management.
Key Responsibilities
AI Transformation Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI Transformation programs, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, Data Modernization, and Digital Engineering initiatives.
Define program vision, roadmap, governance framework, value realization approach, and transformation strategy aligned with client business objectives.
Drive AI adoption across business functions through operating model transformation, process redesign, and organizational change management.
Program & Portfolio Management
Manage multi-workstream programs involving business, technology, data, security, and operations teams across multiple geographies.
Establish robust governance structures including steering committees, PMO controls, risk management and reporting.
Ensure successful delivery against overall scope, budget, timeline, quality, and business outcomes.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Business Leaders & AI Leaders.
Commercial & Growth Enablement
Support business development activities including RFPs, proposals, solution shaping, and transformation roadmaps.
Identify opportunities to expand AI-led transformation initiatives and create measurable business value.
Partner with account leadership teams to drive customer success and long-term strategic engagements.
Team Leadership
Lead distributed teams comprising Program Managers, AI Consultants, Architects, Data Scientists, Engineers, Change Managers, and Business Analysts.
Build a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience delivering large-scale AI, Data, Cloud, Digital, or Enterprise Transformation engagements.
Good understanding of:
Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents)
Agentic AI & Autonomous Workflows
Data & Analytics Platforms
Cloud Ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Security
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Consulting, Technology Services, or Global System Integrators.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
