· Hands-on experience in AI-led Quality Engineering, GenAI, GitHub Copilot, and intelligent test automation solutions.
· Well-versed in Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline creation, and Continuous Testing practices.
· Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Iterative delivery) and Shift-Left Quality practices.
· Strong experience with WinAppDriver, Microsoft Visual Studio and Automation Framework development.
· Worked in complex enterprise landscapes with strong functional understanding and hands-on experience across SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Production Validation phases.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proven experience in direct client interaction and solution leadership.
· Capable of independently leading Automation and AI initiatives while managing distributed QA and Automation teams.
· Experience in defining Automation & AI roadmaps, driving transformation programmes, and delivering measurable productivity gains.
· Good understanding of Utilities/Energy Distribution domain, including platforms such as Maximo, GIS, or Oracle Field Service.
