We are seeking an experienced Data Management Lead to drive the delivery and management of enterprise data solutions within a complex, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Snowflake, GitHub, and Octopus Deploy, with the ability to manage data platforms and support data-driven business initiatives.
Experience with Guidewire is desirable, and successful candidates will receive training on the Guidewire Data Model from the Infosys Guidewire team.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the delivery of data management and integration solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines.
- Drive data governance, data quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data platforms and environments.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and release management processes.
- Must have: Advanced Snowflake + Confluent Cloud skills (building tables, ELT processing, queries, database maintenance, event streaming)
- Experience with GitHub & Octopus Deploy
- Resource with Lead capability to drive the team on delivery
- SQL
- Basic knowledge of Kafka (can maintain Kafka topics)
- Business analysis skills
- Understand the flow of data from CDA FiveTran
- Intermediate Excel Skills (Formulas and visualisation, data organisation)
- Have worked in complex cross-functional development environments
- On-prem Apache Kafka
- Understanding of Dimensional database architecture concepts
- GW certification (must understand the data)
