Role Overview
Customer is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead strategic infrastructure initiatives across its global technology estate.
The role will drive infrastructure transformation, service improvement, automation, security remediation, operational governance, and technology modernization programs while partnering with infrastructure, security, architecture, service management, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs and projects across compute, cloud, network, workplace, and security domains.

Develop program roadmaps, governance frameworks, delivery plans, and executive reporting.

Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, operational efficiency, and service improvement initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, managed service partners, and third-party vendors to achieve business outcomes.

Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Support security, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and resilience improvement initiatives.

Improve operational governance, asset visibility, configuration management, and service accountability.

Ensure smooth transition of projects into BAU support with appropriate documentation, training, and operational readiness.
Essential Experience
-
15+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in Program Management.

Proven delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.

Experience managing globally distributed teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, networks, security, and service management.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.

ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification.

Experience working within telecom, managed services, or global enterprise environments.
