About your role Manage transformation, change, and digital adoption initiatives for large-scale programs proactively.
Establish and oversee change adoption criteria to meet desired outcomes.
Serve as the main contact for activities such as communications, engagement, training, or role mapping.
Develop and maintain relationships with mid-level client managers.
Contribute to business development proposals.
As a Senior Consultant, you will manage workstreams, oversee country deployments or entire projects, and engage with senior client leaders.
Requirements Experience in delivering organizational change management, particularly in IT-enabled business transformations; S/4 HANA experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and deliverables.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate data effectively for diverse audiences.
Experience in areas such as Communication Management, Business Readiness, Organizational Design, Benefits Realization, or Training
