The Team

Our Supply Chain Management Team supports the world’s most recognizable brands to design and implement a future ready operating model for supply chains that balance between Cost, Speed and Service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high value work that transforms customer experience. Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients’ digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technology i.e., AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency. We are a global team and operating from various locations in Europe, North America, and India. We focus on consulting services around the topics of Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations and Agile Logistics.

The Role

  • Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs – from process template definition to implementation.
  • Participate in project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training and Hypercare.
  • Participate in workshops with business to understand the business requirements, Solution Architecture and design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP.
  • Participate in the implementation and customization of SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Work with the team to help in key user training, support to end-users on SAP IBP usage, best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Work with the team to provide technical issues resolution, maintain knowledge management repository and test suite optimization post go-live.
  • Collaborate with IT team and cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure the stability and uptime of SAP IBP system.
  • Participate in initiatives between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow.

Qualifications

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning projects with a focus on SAP IBP implementation.
  • Life cycle implementation experience on any module of SAP IBP like Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory and S&OP.
  • If worked only on support of SAP IBP, then minimum 5 years of SAP IBP support experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower.
  • Technical knowledge in solution designing, technical integration and development activities required for SAP IBP modules.
  • Earlier experience on any module of SAP APO and integration methodologies is an added advantage.
  • Certification in SAP IBP is a plus.
  • Willing to travel to client location for important workshops and training sessions.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
