The Team

This is a unique opportunity to develop a global management consulting capability in Process Automation and ServiceNow, collaborating with a renowned ServiceNow technology services team focused on value delivery and client service excellence.

We aim to build a diverse team of practitioners providing expert functional and industry-specific advice, leveraging ServiceNow platform innovations. Our goal is to redefine partnership with ServiceNow, creating true differentiation for clients. This role suits pioneers and change agents eager to challenge norms and pursue value for clients and the business.

About Your Role

We seek ambitious consultants to help clients optimize and transform critical workflows, enhancing experience, managing risks, and streamlining operations.

You will join a new management consulting team combining broad process automation and transformation experience with deep industry insights and exceptional ServiceNow platform skills.

This team will deliver projects ranging from strategic assessments to ServiceNow implementations, shaping and achieving client business outcomes. You will advise on optimizations across vital business functions, working across sectors such as life sciences, industrial, consumer, financial services, media, and telecommunications, with deeper expertise in specific sectors.

You will support applying operating model optimizations using the ServiceNow platform, stay updated on industry trends, and coach colleagues to build consulting capabilities.

Growing and maintaining client relationships to become their trusted advisor is key. You will also foster high performance and entrepreneurial collaboration across Infosys to meet client needs and drive business growth.

Requirements

• 7-20 years of ServiceNow advisory experience (all levels considered)
• At least 5 years of consulting experience
• Relevant experience in customer and ServiceNow advisory roles, including business development, analysis, operating model design, use case development, solution architecture, and project management
• Strong industry skills in sectors like Health & Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, or Consumer Goods
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the official language(s) and English (C2 level), willingness to travel
