About your role:

  • Manage transformation, change, and digital adoption initiatives for large-scale programs proactively.
  • Establish and oversee change adoption criteria to meet desired outcomes.
  • Serve as the main contact for activities such as communications, engagement, training, or role mapping.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with mid-level client managers.
  • Contribute to business development proposals.
  • As a Senior Consultant, you will manage workstreams, oversee country deployments or entire projects, and engage with senior client leaders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering organizational change management, particularly in IT-enabled business transformations; S/4 HANA experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
  • Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate data effectively for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in areas such as Communication Management, Business Readiness, Organizational Design, Benefits Realization, or Training.
