About your role:
- Manage transformation, change, and digital adoption initiatives for large-scale programs proactively.
- Establish and oversee change adoption criteria to meet desired outcomes.
- Serve as the main contact for activities such as communications, engagement, training, or role mapping.
- Develop and maintain relationships with mid-level client managers.
- Contribute to business development proposals.
- As a Senior Consultant, you will manage workstreams, oversee country deployments or entire projects, and engage with senior client leaders.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering organizational change management, particularly in IT-enabled business transformations; S/4 HANA experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
- Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate data effectively for diverse audiences.
- Experience in areas such as Communication Management, Business Readiness, Organizational Design, Benefits Realization, or Training.
