About this role
- Leading project management functions on large scale transformation programmes.
- Managing all workstreams comprised of onâ and offâshore resources and ensuring overall delivery of SAP Retail transformation projects.
- Ensuring transformation programmes are delivered with adequate governance.
- Designing endâtoâend solutions and managing deliverables consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies.
- Developing and managing implementation plans that maximise SAP technology while minimising risk.
- Leveraging knowledge of the S/4 HANA Cloud roadmap and industry guidance to support executiveâlevel business decisions.
- Coaching junior colleagues and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Managing thirdâparty vendors where required.
Qualifications
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problemâsolving and resilience.
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting and communicating data for diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication in official language(s) (C2) and English (C2).
- Program manager experience on ISâRetail deployments (SAP FMS / SAP S4 Retail / SAP IS Retail / SAP AFS).
- Deep understanding of ERP project methodologies, phases and activities.
- Experience delivering good governance of ERP implementations, including risk mitigation, dependency management and effective programme planning.
- Retail industry experience â understanding of retail legacy systems.
- Excellent customerâfacing experience and strong executive presence.
- Strong ability to articulate and present different viewpoints on various technologies.
