Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO processes across Finance and Controlling domains and integration with sales, supply chain, and operations systems.
- Drive blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.).
- Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR) and third-party systems.
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
- Have prior experience in the design and delivery of SAP FICO solutions in complex environments.
- Have experience with SAP FICO business integration for consolidated reporting across multiple business units, channels, and geographies.
- Act as the go-to SME on SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, CO, COPA, AA, PCA) and business integration points with other SAP components.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in management consulting or enterprise finance transformation, with 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO and Business Integration.
- Expertise in SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, COPA, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.).
- Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
