Team
Our Digital Platforms Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. We help globally renowned clients improve their finance and accounting operations by devising strategies and enabling Oracle Cloud capabilities that support enterpriseâwide decisionâmaking, improve operational efficiencies, and transform the role of finance within the enterprise. You'll have exposure to strategic projects, you'll be part of a multicultural collaborative team, and you'll be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results.
Role
We are looking for consulting account anchors, responsible for sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programmes at key clients, with proven experience and capability in the following areas:
- Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell Oracle integrated transformation solutions and services within relevant market segments.
- Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to help solve their business challenges in the relevant market segment.
- Assume the role of trusted advisor to clients providing guidance in all matters relating to Oracle within relevant markets.
- Identify new and expansion business opportunities on these programmes to help ensure Infosys Consulting is positioned to provide additional highâquality service.
- Manage proactive proposal development, focusing on the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
- Account for consulting revenues and operating margins for the key account(s) (annual revenue target of ~ $6 M from consulting engagements).
- Lead new business, sales, strategy and implementation of Oracle solutions into midâtoâlarge enterprises and improve business processes.
- Manage the business opportunities at key accounts to capitalize on opportunities by providing highâquality services.
- Lead efforts to strengthen Infosys Consulting's position at its largest clients, whilst broadening its presence in other existing clients.
- Ensure consistent delivery of services, solutions and products on time and within cost on a bestâvalue basis, and develop processes that ensure business risks are evaluated, understood and factored into client solutions and services.
- Coordinate relationshipâbuilding activities with partners, engagement managers, subjectâmatter professionals and other Infosys Consulting personnel on the engagement team(s) to ensure they are well advised on important matters.
- Provide leadership to subordinate managers, taking an active role in guiding their professional growth and development through coaching, counseling, performance development and mentoring.
Requirements
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle Oracle programs.
- Recognized expert in Oracle, consistently demonstrating the ability to align the functional area with business requirements to support the company vision.
- Proven thought leadership within the field of Oracle, including production, syndication/publication of marketable knowledge.
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
- Proven excellence in commercial development, commanding a presence with senior executives both internally and externally, with ambition to exceed targets and expectations.
- Previous leadership experience within a services organization, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants under direct leadership, as well as indirect and matrixed teams to harness talent.
- Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary solutions for solving clients' problems.
- Strong sales ability and closing skills at executive and board levels.
- Strong networks, relationships and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles, etc.
- Interact as a peer at board level in client companies and comfortable working at senior level within complex organisations, building empathy, credibility and trust with key customers.
- Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services while delivering business objectives within large corporate environments where there is rapid change.
- Operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Strong presentation skills; experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
- Intuitively represent complex concepts in a clear, concise and compelling way.
- Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and roll up their sleeves.
- Inspiring leadership style, proven ability to inspire internal teams and clients.
