With diverse services spanning growth strategy and new product innovation, to omni-channel customer experience, supply chain resiliency and AI-driven new business models, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

Our mission is to appoint an Associate Partner to help shape our existing Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics (CRL) practice and elevate it into the go-to entity across Infosys for all key CPG, Retail & Logistics Transformation opportunities within Europe. This role provides an ambitious and experienced individual with opportunity for incredible growth along with the dedicated support required to transform the vision into reality.

The Role: Market Facing Summary of Role

  • Take a leadership approach to complex Transformation deals
  • Play a leadership role for our clients broadening their perspective – moving into innovation and growth
  • "One Infosys" approach - coordinate cross-Infosys activities from Strategy- to- Build- to- Run
  • Pursue, win and deliver large scale value-driven deals
  • Shape and deliver value-driven and outcomes-based deals

Requirements: Core Capabilities

  • End-to-end offering - Strategy to Build to Run, including Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy through execution (pricing, promotions, assortment, trade investment)
  • Full customer lifecycle solutions, linking demand, commercial execution, and profitability outcomes
  • Experience Focus – Consumer Goods, Retail, Logistics, with deep RGM domain expertise across CPG and retail (category, channel, and customer-specific levers)
  • Passionate, with ability to set a vision, execute on strategy, oversee delivery, and have the patience, maturity and confidence to 'stay the course' while building a business, including building and scaling RGM capability, operating model, and governance
  • Professionalism, integrity, humility, listening and relationship / people / networking skills are strong virtues, able to influence Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Revenue Management stakeholders.

Differentiators:

  • CPG or Retail or Logistics industry + Transformation, with proven Revenue Growth Management delivery (pricing, promo effectiveness, assortment optimisation, trade spend)
  • Strategic and business outcome focused, with a track record of delivering measurable margin and net revenue improvement
  • Strong senior level client contacts (on the Business side and on IT side) and should be able to open doors quickly and hit the ground running, especially with Commercial / Sales / Category / Revenue Management leaders
  • Demonstrated internal and external thought leadership through internal service offering building/leadership and external industry visibility (PoV publications, speaking in industry forums/events), including RGM, price-pack architecture, trade promotion management, and value management topics
  • Able to manage complexity, balancing short-term commercial delivery with long-term capability build
  • Able to drive change for clients-- new capabilities, processes and op models, including RGM ways of working, cadence, KPI framework, and analytics enablement
  • Previous top tier consulting firm experience, ideally leading RGM / commercial transformation programmes and analytics-led pricing & promotion initiatives

Internal Leadership and Growth:

  • Facilitate best-in-class performance, establishing essential and relevant foundations onto which success can be built, developed and sustained throughout the CRL practice
  • Demonstrate experience of having developed, built and led Consulting teams which have gone on to achieve demonstrable growth in terms of revenue for existing business as well as enabling the growth of new white space developments within CPG, Retail & Logistics Transformation
  • Demonstrate in-depth and wide-ranging management consulting experience gained from a having built a successful career within a globally renowned, leading management consultancy firm
  • Serve as a member of the management team and participate in key business decisions
  • Serve as a coach to direct reports within the CRL practice, and be committed to supporting the learning, development and career progression for those within the practice
  • Think and plan strategically, making sound business decisions and tough calls when required to Set expectations and lead by example - become the role model that the CRL practice deserves and walk the talk in terms of demonstrating desired behaviors, taking accountability and addressing difficult issues
  • Help lead significant change and keep ahead of market trends, ensuring to strike the right balance between reactivity and strategic positioning to steer the team in the right direction
