About your role
- Lead team interactions and workshops with clients, including conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Lead the delivery of complex programme or projects, enabling the team to work effectively towards tight deadlines in a multiple vendor/partner environment.
- Lead the team to solve unclear / ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues.
- Engage with a number of stakeholders to enable large‑scale organisational change or impact.
- Create personal brand in focus areas of specialisation (e.g. industry / technology / functional domain) and provide thought leadership both within the organisation and to the client.
- Mentor and develop consultants within the Utilities practice.
- Take a key role in firm development and practice development, e.g. via innovation and learning activities.
- Support leadership team on bids and pursuits.
- Build strong client relationships and help promote Infosys brand and offerings.
Qualifications
Experience with the utilities industry, across one of the sectors of Electricity, Water.
