Requirements
We aim to drive innovation and transformation within the Financial Services & Insurance sectors. We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Consultant specializing in these domains, with experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in banking (retail, commercial, payments, lending) and insurance (underwriting, claims).
- Manage and contribute to transformation programs aligning with client goals and industry standards
- 3-6 years of experience in banking and insurance projects, understanding customer journeys, process flows, and business value realization
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and SMEs to influence decision-making
- Create target operating models, roadmaps, and implement programs managing people, process, technology, and business objectives
- Strong presentation, advanced Excel, and Power BI reporting skills
- Process mapping, reengineering, and creating process maps
- Own project plans, timelines, resource management, risk, budget, and deliverables
- Implement change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologies
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile), liaising between business and tech teams
- Define and prioritize technical requirements, scope, and project planning within agile frameworks
- Lead PI Planning, sprint planning, and work with multidisciplinary teams
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business owners, fostering innovation using design thinking
- Stay updated on industry technologies, regulations, and best practices
- Contribute to sales proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches
- Strong team collaboration skills
