The Team
Our ERP practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation, and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.
The Role
- Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
- Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
- Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
- Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with a proven program delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances, meeting time, cost, and quality targets within budget.
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments, including multi-vendors, complex client structures, and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience working with global teams and leading remote and local consultants.
- Deep knowledge of setting up successful programs, including IT, Business, and Change components.
- Ability to define and practically apply structured program delivery frameworks.
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing large proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiators like consulting frameworks.
- Ability to articulate value propositions, manage program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling client propositions.
- Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Proven track record in delivering full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of ECC and S/4HANA.
- Experience with global delivery and offshore resources.
- Mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
- Skilled in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel for project needs.
