We are seeking an Associate Partner to drive large‑scale Retail Transformation Programmes within the Consumer Goods & Grocery sector.
Core Capabilities (Responsibilities)
- Lead large‑scale retail transformation programmes (business + IT)
- Own delivery across multi‑workstream programmes (Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Store Operations, Digital)
- Define and drive programme roadmap, governance and delivery strategy
- Ensure alignment across business transformation and technology enablement (SAP S/4)
- Lead SAP S/4‑enabled transformation programmes
- Guide programme architecture, deployment models and rollout strategies
- Act as a primary interface to Executive Board and Steering Committees
- Influence senior stakeholders across:
- Oversee delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Manage dependencies, risks and interlocks
- Ensure programme execution
- Design and enforce programme governance frameworks
- Provide transparent reporting to steering forums
- Bring deep grocery/retail industry expertise to transformation programmes
- Build trusted client relationships at senior levels
- Support growth of Retail & Consumer Goods consulting practice
- Identify opportunities to scale transformation programmes and expand scope
Experience Required
- 15+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
- Senior consulting leader (Associate Partner / Executive Director level)
- Industry expertise (Retail/Grocery)
- Program leadership
- Technology transformation (SAP S/4)
- Proven ability to operate in high‑stakes, board‑level environments
- Previous experience of contributing to proposals and RFP responses and client pursuits in large global accounts
