The Role
As an Associate Partner in the Energy Practice, you will:
- Lead senior-level client engagements, partnering with C-suite and executive stakeholders to deliver impactful consulting solutions.
- Drive business development activities, identifying and converting opportunities into transformative projects for key clients in the energy sector.
- Build and develop high-performing consulting teams, fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative culture.
- Design and implement market-leading propositions across areas such as Oil & Gas Trading, supply chain management, upstream operations, manufacturing, and mobility solutions.
- Shape client strategies for navigating complex energy market transitions, optimizing operations, and driving profitability in a sustainable manner.
- Deliver measurable value through innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership in the evolving energy landscape.
We are looking for an Associate Partner with:
- Extensive experience leading senior-level engagements with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Proven success in business development, including identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: Oil & Gas Trading, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Upstream Energy Operations, Mobility Solutions.
- A track record of developing and implementing market-leading propositions that address client challenges and deliver value.
- Strong understanding of the energy market dynamics, including trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
