The Role: Practice Engagement Manager, EMEA

The Practice Engagement Manager, EMEA is a vital role in the Sales and Fulfilment and GBS leadership team, with the main goal of driving sales growth for our Supply Chain Transformation and outsourcing services.

You will collaborate with a team of experts in solution design, program management and transformation consulting to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing ones.

You will also act as a trusted advisor to client CSCOs and provide them with insights and guidance on how to leverage digital finance solutions.

To qualify for this role, you should have

  • Education and relevant experience: A bachelor's degree in any relevant field, with at least 15 years of experience, or an MBA degree with at least 13 years of experience
  • Business understanding: The ability to understand the client's needs and challenges and to engage them in a large-scale Supply Chain/GBS transformation project.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Building strong relationships with CSCOs, CXO and GBS leaders and ensuring their alignment and commitment to Infosys solution and capability
  • Being a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and helping them achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Co-leading the Supply Chain/GBS transformation bids with the Sales anchor and ensuring the quality and competitiveness of the proposal.
  • Being part of the senior governance team for transformation projects and ensuring their successful delivery
  • Creating and delivering high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in the Sales and Fulfilment /GBS domain.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members who are part of the bid teams and developing their skills and capabilities.
  • Taking part in or leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization to support the unit's goals.

The ideal candidate for this role should have

  • A deep knowledge of the Sales and Fulfilment/GBS transformation landscape and the latest trends and best practices
  • The ability to identify win themes and link them to the proposed solution.
  • A proven track record of providing CSCO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes.
  • A good understanding of digital/AI solutions and how they can enhance the Supply chain/GBS functions.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions.
  • The ability to work with a diverse and cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 25 days holiday excluding Bank Holiday's Leave Year runs from April 1 to March 31
