Support the delivery of online seminars to organisation employees, partners and customers using Webex. Requires strong interpersonal, written, oral, organisational, teamwork, problem solving and computer skills and a flexible schedule to accommodate event times. Must complete deadline-oriented tasks and initiatives using judgment and experience with little direction from the organisation.
Must have the ability to build respect and ongoing relationships with peers, domestic and international marketing communications teams, business units and support disciplines. Expert use of sophisticated online tools to create and deliver all programme activity. Require strong aptitude in all programmes, including ability to step in and work competently in any of these programmes.
Build and maintain web pages for various web properties in various content management systems. Provide oversight and guidance to the team to ensure consistent, quick updates to web properties. Comfortable working with teammates across time zones and global locations. Work closely with agency partners to maintain brand identity.
Collaborate and provide direction with agencies to keep large scale projects on track. Plan and create compelling, persona-optimised, accessibility compliant, on-brand designs for listed web properties working with web strategists, SEO experts, front end developers, writers, and other designers. Document brand standards for design specifications, review, iteration, and approval.
Collaborate with teammates to embody secure voice and tone and ensure a positive user experience throughout the website. Assist other members of the web and storytelling teams with creating new site pages. Have a deep understanding and know-how of designing responsive and accessible sites that meet common AA standards.
Produce wireframes to support the collaboration between design, strategy, development, and content, and to communicate vision to project stakeholders. Partner with team members in technical and non-technical roles, represent the team with various partners, and respond when issues arise.
Stay up to date with information security industry trends, both direct competitor and non-competitor design trends, and the internal product roadmap. Define website objectives by understanding user requirements, leveraging website data, and applying to a visual design strategy.
Understanding of the intersection between user experience, information architecture, and content strategy, and interactive design to plan and execute compelling web experiences. Strong portfolio of design output for the web and other digital media (e.g. social media, web marketing, promotional materials, etc.), and a high level of conceptual thinking skills.
Understand the importance of supporting internal team members by writing and maintaining documentation. Basic creative writing skills are a plus. Ability to clearly communicate strategic rationale, are open to feedback, while maintaining the integrity of your area expertise. Understanding of front and back-end development to design effective design solutions.
