- 15+ years of experience in business development for BPO services (Consulting/Tech experience will be added advantage)
- Specialist in Insurance (MUST)

- At least 10+ years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare
- Experience of influencing and advising C level execs
- Very fluent with digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations
- Experience of creating sales pitch, solution themes, contract negotiation amongst other things across the sales cycle
- Track record of closing multiâtower, large deals (50-100 MM+)
