- Collaboration with Central Marketing: Liaise with the central marketing team and other business entity marketing teams to broaden reach of target ICPs and amplify marketing activations.
- Account Engagement Tracking: Track account engagement across different stages of the customer journey, providing regular updates and insights.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationship and communication with security and portfolio sales in region to align dynamic business priorities.
- Customer Activations Coordination: Coordinate and manage customer activations, working with Marketing Operations to create registration pages, implement and automate workflows and ensure a consistent experience for customers across channels.
- External Agency Collaboration: Collaborate with external agencies to execute marketing activations, events, and other promotional activities.
- Internal and External Relationship Maintenance: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales, marketing, digital) and external partners to drive successful program execution.
