Seamlessly coordinate crossāfunctional marketing operations and technology teams to execute multiāchannel campaigns across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Cisco Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology teams.
- Manage the successful execution of complex, multiāchannel campaigns, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking deliverables and timelines, and proactively mitigating execution risks.
- Execute and run measurable webcasts, webinars, and live demos that drive pipeline.
- Compile strong promotional materials that resonate with our audience and drive registrants, attendees, and onādemand consumption.
- Coordinate campaign promotion internally across teams.
- Work closely with the marketing operations team to create tickets and campaigns in our automation system.
- Upload leads and work with Integrate for list uploads and proper lead flow.
- Coordinate endātoāend execution of Security Marketing campaigns by managing tasks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain and monitor campaign project plans, progress updates, and dependencies using project tracking tools (e.g., AirTable, Smartsheet).
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Martech teams to ensure delivery of technical components (e.g., Eloqua assets, Salesforce lead routing, campaign tracking).
- Facilitate weekly status checkāins, identify roadblocks, and drive resolution of issues impacting timelines or quality.
- Support QA / test coordination for highāimpact campaign activities, ensuring readiness across all execution components.
- Document and improve internal campaign workflows to drive efficiency, visibility, and repeatability.
Qualifications
- Strong program management discipline.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems, and experience supporting marketing execution at scale.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting and documentation.
- Highly organized, detailāoriented, and able to work independently in a fastāpaced environment.
- Experience coordinating enterpriseālevel marketing programs or campaign operations.
- Background in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Familiarity with marketing systems such as Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce.
- Exposure to content management systems and dynamic email platforms (e.g., Knak, Stensul).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as AirTable or Smartsheet.
