Experience & Competence Necessary
- Masters qualifications would be advantageous.
- At least 2-3 years procurement consulting experience within corporate or professional services.
- Experience within or assisting blue-chip organisations.
- Experience managing own projects and small project teams.
- Solid analytical skills and tech-savvy.
- Functional knowledge in the areas of sourcing, procurement transformation, SRM and supply chain.
- Excellent team skills with the ability to lead and/or take direction.
- Demonstrated people management skills, including coaching of both junior employees and client staff.
- Good facilitator and ability to develop a storyline for clients.
