As an Events and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing Security marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across EMEA. You will work cross-functionally with the product, sales and field marketing teams to ensure that our go-to-market strategies are efficient, innovative, and measurable. A key part of the role involves the planning and execution of high-profile events such as trade shows and advisory boards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute Security trade shows, conferences, and key customer-facing events ensuring exceptional delivery.
- Oversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, transportation, catering, AV, and staffing, booth design, sponsorships, executive speaking slots.
- Work closely with internal teams on lead capture and follow-up, ensuring consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Manage and oversee budget, ensure efficient spend, and report ROI.
- Ensure seamless on-site delivery and problem-solving during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future success.
- Collaborate with global teams including sales, product marketing, engineering, partner teams, and field to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
- Manage external agencies or vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B technology marketing roles, with proven success in launching products / solutions, demand generation, events and tradeshow management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong experience leading or managing large trade shows and executive level events (including strategy, logistics, budgeting, speaking engagements, etc.).
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with data, KPIs, ROI, A/B testing, digital metrics.
- Cross-functional collaboration: able to navigate matrixed organisations and work with stakeholders at all levels including leadership.
- Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Tech-savvy: familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital marketing channels, CRM systems, content management, and event technologies.
