Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate business needs into data models
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Create and enforce database development standards
- Validate and reconcile data models to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update existing data models
- Collaborate with data architects, data analysts, and business users
- Support the implementation of data management strategies
- Create data definitions and metadata
- Identify opportunities to optimize data usage
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect
- Experience in data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models
- Knowledge of database structure systems and data mining
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
- Experience with SQL and data modeling tools
- Understanding of agile methodologies
