SCIDA - Contract Hemel Hempstead | 5 Days Onsite | Frequent UK Travel We're supporting a major organisation within the Defence and Secure Communications sector that is seeking an experienced SCIDA to join a highly secure, nationally significant programme. This is a specialist position responsible for leading SCIDA activities across a complex secure managed service environment, ensuring security assurance, compliance and operational integrity are maintained across multiple secure platforms and locations. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the recognised SCIDA SME across secure managed services Delivering SCIDA activities in line with customer and Government frameworks Supporting security assurance, accreditation and compliance requirements Working within highly secure operational environments Developing and implementing security strategies, policies and procedures Managing security governance across production, test and development environments Ensuring compliance with MoD and Government security standards Working closely with customer authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders Supporting service operations within an ITIL-based environment Driving continuous improvement across security and assurance activities What We're Looking For Proven experience performing SCIDA responsibilities Strong understanding of TEMPEST methodologies Experience within Defence, Government or highly secure environments Security assurance and accreditation experience Knowledge of MoD security policies and compliance frameworks Experience supporting complex secure IT platforms and services Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to operate as a technical SME Experience working across multiple secure locations and environments ITIL knowledge and service management experience Desirable Delivery of complex technical programmes Secure communications or telecommunications experience Defence managed services experience Infrastructure, networking or platform security background The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a highly specialised programme supporting critical national infrastructure and Defence operations.
