Our client, a leading player in the Cyber Security sector, is seeking an experienced Exposure Management Vulnerability Lead to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of vulnerability management programs and processes
  • Identifying, assessing and prioritising vulnerabilities within IT systems and networks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate identified vulnerabilities
  • Providing expert guidance on cyber security best practices and standards
  • Developing and delivering training and awareness programmes for internal teams
  • Monitoring emerging threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring timely response and remediation
  • Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
  • Maintaining and enhancing the overall security posture of the organisation

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT Cyber Security with a focus on vulnerability management
  • In-depth understanding of security testing methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in common cyber security frameworks and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications in cyber security are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology or a related field
