We’re partnering with a major UK energy organisation operating within Critical National Infrastructure to appoint an OT Cyber Security Manager in a pivotal leadership role. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of OT cyber security capability across a highly regulated environment, leading strategy, engineering and operations while influencing senior stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the design, implementation and operation of OT cyber security solutions
- Leading and developing a team of specialist OT security engineers
- Acting as technical authority for OT cyber architecture and controls
- Overseeing incident response, RCA, PIRs and service management
- Managing third-party security partners and specialist suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with NIS, NCSC CAF, IEC 62443 and ISO standards
- Translating complex cyber risk into clear business insight
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in OT / ICS / SCADA cyber security
- Background within energy, utilities or regulated CNI environments
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence operating at senior and executive level
- Eligible for UK SC clearance
