A unique opportunity for a hands-on data leader to drive transformation in a global technical services business. We’re partnering with a client in the maritime and energy sector who are shifting to a "Data First" culture and they need you to lead the charge.
You’ll shape and execute a practical enterprise data governance roadmap, embed data ownership and stewardship across commercial, finance and ops functions, and lead change across all levels without a team to manage, but with senior-level influence.
You will bring:
- 8+ years in data governance or strategy
- Experience with frameworks like DAMA DMBOK, GDPR, DCAM
- Strong influencing skills, executive stakeholder engagement
- Change management expertise (PROSCI/CDMP certs welcome)
- The drive to do and deliver, not just strategies
