We’re working with a leading cyber security and managed services provider supporting enterprise clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Palo Alto-focused Network Security Engineer to join a highly skilled managed services team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to specialise deeply in Palo Alto Networks, work on complex customer environments, and continue progressing technically with strong backing for certifications and development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing L2/L3 support for Palo Alto Networks environments
  • Owning incidents end-to-end within SLA-driven managed services
  • Supporting and optimising NGFW, VPN, and wider Palo Alto platforms
  • Carrying out upgrades, changes and proactive troubleshooting
  • Acting as a technical escalation point and mentoring junior engineers
  • Working closely with customers to deliver a first-class service

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong hands-on Palo Alto Networks experience
  • Current PCNSE (Essential)
  • MSP / managed services background
  • Solid networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset

Nice to have:

  • Prisma Access / SASE
  • Palo Alto SD-WAN
  • Cloud security exposure

Package:
