On behalf of a leading client, a leading client of mine is on the lookout for a Solution Lead—a senior technology strategist and architect who can design and drive the implementation of innovative, scalable IT solutions across complex business environments. The RoleThe Solution Lead will be responsible for defining enterprise-level architectures and guiding high-impact solutions across multiple strategic programmes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and ensure delivery aligns with both business goals and technical standards.
Key responsibilities include:- Defining and communicating multi-dimensional solution architectures.
- Designing systems that align with business outcomes and strategic direction.
- Leading the adoption of enterprise and business architecture principles.
- Monitoring and applying emerging technologies to inform innovation.
- Driving workforce planning, professional development, and engagement strategies.
- Solution Architecture Expertise (SFIA Level 6) across large-scale transformation initiatives.

- Experience in business intelligence, process improvement, and resourcing strategy.
- Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, develop, and guide diverse technical teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. (Master’s and/or certifications like TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.)
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, architecture, or solution design.
- A strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complexity and communicate with impact.
- Deep understanding of cloud, microservices, and enterprise technologies.
