About the Role:

You’ll lead an agile engineering team responsible for building collaboration tools used across government and defence sectors. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll guide architecture, mentor developers, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of secure applications.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum software teams
  • Strong technical foundation in Java and modern cloud-native infrastructure
  • Background in secure systems, ideally within the intelligence, government, or defence sector
  • SC or DV clearance (current or lapsed) highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • British passport (essential)

This role would particularly suit someone who currently holds or has previously held UK security clearance and is familiar with the rigour of working on classified or sensitive systems. Due to the nature of the projects, we can only consider British Nationals for this role.
