What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and maintaining modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Jest).
- Balancing exploratory, functional, non‑functional and security testing.
- Leveraging AI tools to generate, enhance and analyse tests.
- Testing across UI, API, integration and end‑to‑end layers.
- Working in cloud‑native environments (AWS/GCP).
- Embedding tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborating with engineers in a fully distributed environment.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and team quality practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong automation skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience across modern testing layers & tools.
- Understanding of security, performance, and risk‑based testing.
- Excellent communication in remote teams.
- UK‑based, clearable, and a British National.
Nice to Have
- Prior SC/DV exposure.
- Accessibility testing.
- IaC testing (Terraform/Pulumi).
- Experience working with Government, Defence or secure systems.
