Contract ServiceNow CMDB Analyst Remote (UK), £450 per day, Initial 3-month contract
You’ll own CMDB and CSDM maturity for a fast-moving technology group in the financial services sector. Working with product owners and service leads, you’ll run discovery, service mapping and portfolio management that unlocks reliable data for Ops, SecOps and Finance.
What you’ll do:
- Shape and maintain a healthy CMDB, mapping CIs to the latest CSDM standard.
- Drive Discovery and Service Mapping across on-prem and cloud estates.
- Lead remote workshops, translate requirements into clear blueprints.
- Set data-quality rules, monitor CMDB health, resolve source conflicts.
- Coach delivery squads during sprints, sharing ServiceNow best practice.
What you’ll bring:
