Project Analyst – Hybrid (Cirencester, £35K + Bonus & Benefits)
Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination? A leading financial services company in Cirencester is looking for a Project Analyst to support its PMO and project management teams. This hybrid role requires three days per week on-site and offers excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

The Role:
As a Project Analyst , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and small change initiatives. Working closely with the PMO Manager and Project Managers, you will:
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project reports and key information.
- Track and coordinate small change delivery and analyse interdependencies.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure compliance with project delivery standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for PMO enquiries and administrative support.
What You Need:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services or insurance
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, or OneNote
Location: Cirencester (3 days per week on-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5pm
