IDAM Analyst – Manchester (Hybrid)
We are working with a forward-thinking organisation in the energy sector that is searching for an IDAM Analyst to join their growing Digital and Technology team. If you’re passionate about securing identities, managing access lifecycles, and ensuring compliance, this role offers the perfect platform to elevate your career.
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in planning, implementing, and maintaining identity management solutions. You’ll work with technologies like Azure Active Directory, SSO, PAM , and MFA to strengthen security measures and streamline user access. You’ll collaborate with IT and Security Operations teams to enhance anomaly detection and incident response processes while ensuring the business remains compliant with identity governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain IDAM solutions (SSO, MFA, PAM).
- Act as the subject matter expert for identity governance and access management .
- Manage authentication technologies including Azure AD, Kerberos, OAuth, SAML , and OpenID Connect .
- Collaborate with SOC teams to improve detection and incident response.
- Monitor and report on IDAM compliance and address identity-related risks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with identity management technologies (PAM, SSO, MFA).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD , and authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth , and OpenID Connect .
- Knowledge of identity governance and role-based access control (RBAC) .
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CRISC, CompTIA Security+ ) are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to security practices.
