The opportunity
We’re partnering with a leading UK construction and infrastructure organisation that is investing significantly in modernising its core systems. As part of a major transformation programme, they’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead delivery of key components within a business-critical platform. You’ll work closely with Programme Management, Business Analysts, Architects and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and managing robust project plans within a wider programme
- Leading cross-functional delivery teams across IT and the business
- Managing risks, dependencies, budgets and resources
- Engaging senior stakeholders and providing clear project reporting
- Working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment
- Driving quality and governance throughout the project lifecycle
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within programmes
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management capability
- Experience delivering systems, data or technology-led change
- Solid understanding of project governance and controls
- Agile delivery experience or certification (advantageous)
