The opportunity
We’re partnering with a leading UK construction and infrastructure organisation that is investing heavily in improving how technology supports its people on site and in the business. As part of a major systems transformation programme, they’re now looking for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering improvements to a core site information platform. This is a highly collaborative role, working across business and IT teams to ensure solutions genuinely improve how the organisation operates.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading requirements elicitation across diverse stakeholder groups
- Translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Supporting Agile delivery within a wider programme environment
- Producing process maps, models and documentation to support change
- Acting as a key liaison between the business, IT teams and third-party suppliers
- Influencing decisions and helping shape the future direction of the platform
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident working with Agile and/or Waterfall frameworks
- Experience delivering system, data or process improvements
- Comfortable working in hybrid, multi-site environment
