Role

As a Client Services Coordinator, or team member, you will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality interactions with clients and remotely located workers. Using your interpersonal skills, you will ensure the quality of our data, the performance of our workers, and overall customer satisfaction remain paramount, whether communicating by phone or through virtual platforms like Teams.
