Informed Solutions is seeking an experienced People Development & Experience Lead to shape colleague development, employee experience and engagement across the organisation. You’ll work with leaders to identify capability needs and turn strategy into practical, high-impact initiatives that support career growth and leadership capability.

As part of the People Services team, you’ll partner with the Learning & Development Advisor to coordinate learning activity and align initiatives with business.
