Informed Solutions is seeking a People Development & Experience Lead to shape colleague development, employee experience and engagement across the organisation. You’ll partner with leaders to turn people strategy into practical, high-impact initiatives that boost career growth and organisational effectiveness.

You'll work closely with the Head of People Services to ensure learning activity aligns with business priorities, develop InformedACADEMY©, and guide the Learning & Development Advisor.
