Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for an Application Consultant to provide strategic advice into decision making to improve customer service.
This role is offered on a 6-12 month consultancy basis, Outside IR35. The primary objective of this role will be to provide customer consultancy in relation to software implementation best practice, data migration, interfaces, configuration options, workflows, training, testing, documentation, reporting, and business processes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Mapping customer business processes
- Configuring applications to customer specifications
- Advising on best practice
- User acceptance testing
- Running train-the-trainer sessions
- Supporting user & customer documentation
- Providing advice, guidance and assistance in reporting
Must have:
- Experience of working within a Social Housing IT environment, possibly as part of an Implementation team or project, either as a Business/Systems Analysis, Application Consultant/Analyst, Systems Administration, and/or Application Support or a similar capacity.
- Property Services modular experience in Responsive Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Contractor, and/or Asset Management.
- Experience with a Social Housing Repairs, Maintenance, Mobile Working, Scheduling or Job Costing system (Such as Aareon 1st Touch /Versaa, Open Contractor, Total Mobile/Connect, Agile365, Maintain, Servitor, Advanced Field Services/DRS, Oneserve, Accuserv, Uniclass - or - the modules integrated within an overarching Social Housing Management System (Such as NEC/Northgate Housing, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, Aareon QL, Civica Cx, NEC/Northgate Housing, Capita ONE/OPENHousing, MIS ActiveH, etc).
- Data Migration/ETL Experience
- SQL scripting
- Interfacing
As an individual you will be self-motivated, deadline driven and able to work under your own steam. You will also be organised and an excellent communicator, who is customer facing, customer service driven and able to be influential and converse with customers at all levels.
