Informed Recruitment are a specialist provider of resource to the Construction Property Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a Social Enterprise undertaking an exciting expansion and looking to bolster their customer service provision.

The objective of the role will be to support department heads to ensure outstanding customer services are provided to customers and supply chain partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with and supporting members
  • Drafting, sending, tracking, and chasing new membership packs, as well as member review packs for existing members
  • Compiling management, operational, and supply chain reports
  • Identifying potential new members as well as conducting competitor analysis
  • Attending member and operational meetings
  • Monitoring spend
  • Attending conferences and events
  • Drafting social media content and managing bulk email communications
  • Maintaining audit files
  • Taking ownership of the accounts of smaller members
  • Supporting contract pack creation
  • Identifying additional opportunities
