Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around the support, maintenance, and administration of an enterprise finance software application. Further duties will include:
- Investigation and analysis work
- Support regular reporting, budget processes and forecasting
- Maintaining existing reports, whilst developing & designing new reports
- Scripting SQL queries to support reporting and data validation
- Develop work schedules
- Supporting incidents, upgrades, and new system and modular implementation to financial applications
- Security management
- Mapping, improving, maintaining and updating system processes and documenting procedures
- Improving system performance
- Maintaining service level agreements and system documentation
- Providing excellent customer services and stakeholder engagement
- User acceptance testing
- Training users
