Do you have experience with Assets/Compliance and/or Housing Options software/modules having been involved in systems implementations and upgrades? If this describes you then let Informed Recruitment help you achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Consultant with a modern social enterprise - an established, respected, and progressive organisation who are experiencing rapid growth and that we are delighted to partner with.

The role is offered as a 3-6 month contract, Outside IR35, and is predominantly remote. The main purpose of this role will be to provide customer consultancy in relation to software implementation best practice, system build, configuration options, workflows, training, testing, documentation, reporting and business processes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping customer business processes
  • Configuring applications to customer specifications
  • Advising on best practice
  • User acceptance testing
  • Running train-the-trainer sessions
  • Assisting with user & customer documentation
  • Providing advice and assistance in reporting

Essential:

  • Experience of working within a Social Housing IT environment, possibly as part of an Implementation team or project, either as a Business/Systems Analysis, Application Consultant/Analyst, Systems Administration, and/or Application Support or a similar capacity.
  • Modular experience in Assets/Compliance, and/or Housing Options.
  • Experience with a Social Housing Management Systems (Such as NEC Housing, MRI/Orchard Housing/Capita ONE/OPENHousing, Aareon QL/Homemaster/MIS ActiveH, Civica Cx etc)

Desirable:

  • SQL scripting

As an individual you will be self-motivated, deadline driven and able to work under your own steam. You will also be organised and an excellent communicator, who is customer facing, customer service driven and able to be influential and converse with customers at all levels. The role is predominantly home based with ad hoc travel to site, with any expenses catered for.
