Are you an experienced IT Trainer? Do you have experience delivering end-to-end, development to delivery software application training? The purpose of your role will be to assist services in delivering training on their line of business applications by carrying out training needs analysis, creating and documenting courses and delivering user training. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Design and expansion of a training and development programme based on the needs of the organisation
- Identification of Training Needs Analysis
- Creating and delivering a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Overall Training analysis and lessons learned reporting
A successful commercial track record of delivering quality and engaging Software Systems Training in several applications to varied end-users is required. Experience producing high-quality training aids and materials in a variety of formats and media is essential.
Key qualifications include:
- Training Needs Analysis experience
- Training plan development
- Experience supporting cloud/SaaS software implementations
- eLearning/digital learning content creation
- Direct experience developing and delivering training sessions for Social Housing management systems (such as NEC Housing, Aareon QL/Homemaster/MIS ActiveH, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, MRI HousingOne/Capita OPENHousing, One/OPENHousing, Rubixx, or similar) on various modules
- Training certification such as TAP or similar
You will be enthusiastic & positive, have strong team-working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely, initiative, innovative problem solving and multitasking ability.
This role is hybrid with 2/3 days in the office in Yorkshire and 2/3 days home based. This is an exciting time to join the organisation and your contribution will certainly be felt.
